All you need is a dairy-free diet plan!
There are many healthier alternatives for milk for you and your family to adopt on your dairy-free diet plan.
Most of them are also enriched with calcium. Below are some for your consideration:


Soy milk is made from soaked, ground, and drained soybeans.

It is packed with protein and vitamin D.

Please be cautious with soy because soy on your dairy-free diet plan because it is a high allergen and soy can be very processed.

There are also soy based cheese, but again these can be very processed.

It can also be used for sauces, casseroles, soups, and cereal.


Rice milk is made from brown rice and oil and is thinner than than soy milk.

It can be very low in fat and has vitamins A, D, and B12, and is mildly sweet.

It can be used for desserts, baked goods, cereals, and smoothies.


Almond milk is made by blending nuts with and water and is high in cholesterol lowering flavonoids, and vitamin E.

It has a slightly nutty flavor. Best used for baking, coffee creamer, and cereal.


Coconut milk is a great product for a dairy-free diet plan because you get all the benefits from the coconut.

It is enriched with vitamins A, D & B12 and calcium.

It can also help lower cholesterol. It can be great for baking.

If you love yogurt you can also find coconut yogurt which is a much healthier option.


Hemp milk is rich with vitamins, minerals, and essential amino acids.

It is high in calcium and sugar free. It has a slight grassy and nutty flavor.

Great for baking sweets and cooking savory dishes.


Earth Balance makes butter spreads and butter sticks.

It has a very smooth consistency.

It doesn’t have any artificial colors, flavors, or ingredients, and it is cholesterol free.

They are not the healthiest option as they are high in calories.  but will replace dairy.


Spectrum Naturals has a great mayo that is not only dairy-free but has 1/3 fat and calories of regular mayo.

It also tastes great!

There really are a lot of great options out there for a dairy-free diet plan.

The plus is that most of them are healthier than dairy and come without all the added hormones!
